The rest of this post introduces the eBook in more detail. It does so from the standpoint that there is a role for everyone, Pathfinders and non-Pathfinders alike.

And that’s true today. Non-Pathfinders tend to follow a straight line and a playbook defined by others (the Pathfinders who can “see around corners”). Some non-Pathfinders are the engine rooms of companies today. All power to them. We need them.

Or, at least we did. And then AI came along.

Okay, what does that mean?

Pathfinders are the people to turn to when something new is needed. This could be a new product, market, process, client mix, or what have you. They don’t do it on their own, but they are the ones to help create a path that others can follow and continue to build on that momentum.

Is everyone a Pathfinder?

No. Nor should they be. Every team needs a mix of individual talents and temperaments to be successful.

Pathfinders are not limited to a specific title or role; they can be found anywhere in an organization.
